How an OpenBSD box becomes a managed edge gateway, and how it is handled once it is one.

• Flashing & Assigning a Device — the end-to-end walkthrough: token, image, boot, assign
• Build the install image — the zero-keystroke USB installer, serial vs VGA, firmware modes
• Write the image to a USB stick — balenaEtcher or dd, and attaching a serial console
